02What this website collects

If you send us a message through the contact form, we collect your name, the email address and/or phone number you give us, the topic and your message. We use this only to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry.

We do not take bookings or card payments on this website.

03Bookings and the app

Online bookings are made through our booking system provided by iCabbi, and through the Albies Taxis app. Information you enter there, such as pickup addresses and payment details, is handled under our passenger privacy notice and the provider's own terms.

04Legal basis and retention

We handle enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or to take steps at your request before providing a service. We keep enquiry messages only for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up, then delete them.

05Who can see your information

Enquiries are stored securely with our website hosting and database providers and are only accessible to authorised staff. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.
